  • Location of the Cruise Air

Posted by Jody on December 28, 2023 at 8:44 pm

Recently purchased 2003 Liberty with 4 cruise airs. I have located the two units behind the bumper, however can someone share where and how to access the other two units.

    Thanks

They are behind the second bay, passenger side, rear wall. It is probable the entertainment unit has to be removed.

There is a degree of access to one of them via the first bay, passenger side, rear wall access panel.

It will seem like a lot of work getting at them, but after several times it can be done in less than 30 minutes.

Is it liberty that also requires that the fridge be moved to access filters for the evaporator(s)?

Every Liberty has different floor plans and thus ways to access filters, but on my 3 every routine service was accomplished without any excessive effort like moving a refrigerator. Owners of other conversions do like to repeat cheap shots however making it seem like a Liberty has design issues.
