I stayed this year in Desert Edge in North Pheonix (Deer Valley), KOA in Appache Junction both were Just OK.

The only decent one I have stayed in is in Fort McDowell, just northeast of Scottsdale. Eagle View is the name. The rest are just barely adequate. I did just come from Camp Verde and there is a nice one there, Distant Drums.

Pueblo El Mirage is a good place to stay. It is a resort on a golf course and they have a few pull throughs.

Pueblo El Mirage is nice. They will park you in the back ins. The guys that have parked us are top notch with directing you into your spot. Sunflower RV resort is not quite as nice but every thing is pull thru. It is the desert which means parking on gravel

We find Tucson our favorite winter spot, Lazy Days took over the old Beaudry RV Resort and made improvements. It’s a first class large rig spot. The Southern AZ area has a lot of places to explore. Of course were prejudice, Tucson High grads 1953 & 1955.
