Lobster run

We are overlooking Chautauqua Lake in western NY and tomorrow we head east, then northeast through Vermont and then probably overnighting somewhere in New Hampshire before getting to Hermon on the 4th.
What are the odds we can actually cover those 700 plus miles on dry roads?

Well we are in pine grove Penn for the night, tomorrow off to sturbridge Mass will be stayin at a yogi bear campground its ok been there before, We actually made the whole day without any rain on the clean coach, started to rain after we hooked to power but not much mostly lightning, will be good if we can make it to herman with out having to wash this the bus will arrrive on the 4th also, thinking about hot lobster with home made butter we brought and corn on cob and potatoes damn I am getting hungry! safe travels Gary

Rained most of the night last night. Lets hope its over and will stay dry the rest of the week. Will be picking up the lobster on thursday noon from the fisherman. Can’t get any fresher than that! The price went up a bet to 2.80 but still cheaper than steak. Safe travels. Rick

Well it has been two years since I was here the campground if you can call it that has really gone downhill, no gravel just sand and mud and it has just rained before we got here, must make a note to avoid this place, hell I am trying to keep the coach clean, I know Jons will be spotless, had a little problem today dash code said checkengine at next stop, called PASS and we pulled up the fault codes and they think it is the air charger leaking a little told me to go ahead and drive it and fix when Iget home, think I will call the Detroit palce in Bangor to see if they can fix it before I go home. Code did not come back on all day, they said the only noticable thing would be a little smoke and a negligible power loss, can,t seem to notice either, Will arrive at Pumpkin Patch tomorrow if everything goes as planned just 280 miles. The Detriot dealer is 5 miles from the campground. Daigle & Houghton is just off I95 exit 180. They do good work and I would recommend them. Depending on which way you are heading to the camping you maybe going right by them. Rick

I have been agonizing about this, sorry, guys and gals, but we will not be able to make it.
I am stuck on a construction project near Newburyport and have a deadline to meet. So I will have to keep my attention on that and am having a very busy week.
This is complicated by the fact that we must leave here for Heritage in Alabama around 12-13 October.

Rick and Denise have hosted a great Lobster run rally, We have had plenty of great food great hospitality, and comaradiere, Theyhave thought about a lobster run in the future with several stop overs including the Prevost Factory, This would be a great time along the first or second week of Sept, any body out there that would be game for this next year? Gary

Maine is a favorite of ours. If there is any way to make this run part of our year, we are in!
