I cannot provide a suggestion regarding a shop to help do that, but having gone through a refrigerator replacement on my 97 Liberty I learned some lessons.

Make sure you get the refrigerator that will fit the space. I bought one whose dimensions matched, but the unit actually was 1/8 to 1/4″ larger in width and height. The opening had to be trimmed and the way Liberty installs the ceiling and panels surrounding the refrigerator the opening had to be trimmed to a larger size with all panels, including the top header in place so making the new refrigerator fit was not only a challenge, but required the skills and tools of someone who is familiar with building coach interiors.

My Liberty refrigerator was mounted on a platform 3″ above the floor. I made a platform to sit the refrigerators on so when bringing the old one out and the new one in the platform would slide on the floor without damaging the tile, and would line up with the refrigerator opening floor.

Getting everything in and out through the windshield is cumbersome and I stripped both refrigerators of everything I could to reduce the weight. If I could remove it, it was removed from the refrigerator. It was still a challenge getting them in and out despite the fact I removed the table in the kitchen, the chairs, the sofa, the passenger seat, and anything else that was in the way.
