What lights are those?

They go down each side of coach in the stainless rub rails. 5 on each side of coach to light up out side of coach after dark.

Just cruise around the LED light company offerings. Have you checked e-bay ?

Yes I have can’t find leds that size 5 5/8 length x. 3 5/8 wide x 2 1/4 deep

Why not just replace the bulbs?

+1 on bulb replacement. By far the easier path.

Cruised around 5 LED sites, never found a replacement.

You mean lights like this? Commonly referred to as the GM pickup bed cab light?
Can’t remember where I found these LEDs with the wire loop. I couldn’t get the LEDs with a cone on each end to work.

Post a picture, there are various styles from year to year. I changed out the side lights on my 04 Marathon H to LED.

Do you know the model years of the GM truck bed lights you show in your picture?
I have the same and want to replace the gasket around the base. I know to look for GM truck bed lights, just don’t know what model years to look for>

I bought the wire loop ones on Amazon, called “festoon”
