you use the OTR to pressurize your bus looking for leaks with soapy
water, this is what it looks like.

This is not a slam against Country or other converters that have called their AC system over the road air. This process only works with the Prevost installed over the road full coach heat and air system because the Prevost system is the only one that allows the introduction of outside air to the evaporator.

A few years ago Brian Wilson wrote and with the Beach Boys recorded the title song for an album that was originally going to be called “That’s Why God Made the OTR”. As with some many songs, things changed during recording and the title of the song and consequently the album morphed into “That’s Why God Made the Radio”. Brian wanted to stick with “… the OTR” but relucantly agreed to ” … the Radio”.
I suspect that Brian had special insight into why Liberty Coach made OTR a hallmark of their luxury coaches for people like Jon and I to enjoy with our families and our guests.

Steve, If you have Prevost over the road whole coach heat and air look on the evaporator side for an outside air vent that might have a moveable baffle or even a plate covering the outside air intake.
I am not familiar with how the H evaporator bay is set up, but on the X coaches there is a vent opeing in the door, and that is either blocked with a cover on the inside of the bay door or the intake that draws air from that vent is blocked. If it is not clear to you you can always leave the door to the evaporator bay ajar, maybe with a piece of wood or something blocking it open a few inches. The more air drawn in, the more air that will be pushed inside the coach to pressurize the coach interior.

Just open the door and leave it open with coach running and OTR on and it will be enough you still will have hard time shutting door to inside , it will show the leaks with soapy water

Steve: Brian Wilson is in your market. You should pitch him a good Liberty with OTR and tell him the story you read on the PC. Would probably put the deal together. Maybe he’ll start coming to the PC No Rally Rallies!

just read this there are some great ideas here i’m running late to summer bus should be out of shop monday after new coolant hoses than off to a wisconsin campground for 4th this country coach has such nice wood trim that i have to stop leak whatever it takes i will talk to rv services in madison to see about pressure testing they are removing the 3 side windows to reseal inside storage where it spends winter is only option with all this wisconsin rain thanks for the info TAG1

One of the biggest mistakes new Prevost owners make is to trust their coach to service people that are not recognized as service experts on Prevost coaches or specific conversions.
Of course free advice from me is worth every cent you pay for it.
