  Large nut on Pinion

  I was needing to know the size nut that holds the yoke on the rear axle housing. I have a leaking pinion seal that Prevost was not able to get to in the small window I had it in for service.

  Prevost part number is 621445 but a size is not shown. I called Prevost Parts and the guy was not able to tell me anymore than what I had found. They suggest call a location who had one and see if one of the guys could pull the part and tell me. I called Nashville b/c they had the part but the parts guys were too busy to get to the phone.

  Is there another option without haveing to take down the drive shaft?
