    Lake Tahoe, Reno recommendations

    Any suggestions or recommendations for campgrounds in the Lake Tahoe, Reno, Carson City, Nv. area.

    Planning to be in the area in September.

    Also suggestions on what to see and do in the area.

    we like the grand Sierra in Reno and zephyr cove in Lake Tahoe.

    I parked at the base of Squaw Valley on several occassions. Many weekend festivals and COOL evening weather!! It was patrolled by the resorts security who were very courteous.
