Kubota fuel Injector replacement?
How hard is it to clean or replace the injectors in my Power tech gen ?? Starting is a little rough when it’s been sitting. My Power tech in my Foretravel started much better.

I have never been inside my generator motor, but on one of my coaches with a Kubota powered generator its hard starting always occurred after a period 9of non-use.
I set it up to power the electric fuel pump before attempting to start it after a log period. When the clicking of the fuel pump went from closely spaced clicks to more slow steady ones the system had fuel at the injectors and the motor started instantly and ran smoothly.
Not saying that is your issue but it worked for me. Before tearing into the engine I would run the generator hard with the heaviest load you can impose on it for a couple of hours. They do not like light loads.

Art it might not be your injectors those small Kubotas use glow plugs which warm up cylinder. I would never recommend trying to clean an injector yourself nozzle is very important and any difference in fueling could cost you a motor .
