Were you there on Thursday for the weekly brunch including Eggs Benedict & Mimosa’s?
I was there on a Wednesday and got the big breakfast from Mickie Dee’s and had to buy. It was expensive because Josh had to have 3 and that only held him for a couple hours.

We left early Wednesday afternoon. Didn’t see you Wednesday morning, but I was on the computer and phone working most of the time. Cathy did make everyone extra hungry by frying bacon in the coach while it was inside the shop. She made up for that by baking a pan of brownies for Jeff and the crew.

Certainly seems like Jeff is that rare breed of a fellow that that look at a head-scratching situation and not only come up with a plan, but also execute it perfectly and probably most of the time it will be simplicity itself (as well as being well-engineered)
A bit like some of the chaps you used see on Scrap Heap / Junk Yard Challenge.
And he does breakfast as well!
