  • Jake switch wiring

Has anyone mod their jake switch so that the jake only comes on when you apply brakes vs. the default zero throttle configuration? Probably one of the most popular mods done in the Wanderlodge S60 world. Very simple jake switch mod. I did it on both of my prior S60 Wanderlodges and never saw a down-side.

I did, but not like what you want to do. Here’s a PC thread w/pics I did:

yeah, with the jake switch wired differently you can coast w/o the jake coming on (or the brake-lights). You can then tap the brakes to engage the jake and it stays on until you put your foot on the throttle. At least that’s how it would work on a Wanderlodge.
