  • Is Armature Leak Enough to Cause the Leans

Posted by Jeff on April 25, 2020 at 6:14 pm

I may not have the terminology correct, yet this afternoon I found a very slow leak in what I think is called an armature exhaust port on one of two Norgren valves that are added by Liberty for auto-leveling.

Can a very slow leaking armature exhaust port be enough to cause a very slight case of the leans? (Driver side)

I have CAREFULLY applied better bubble to “everything” related to the driver side, including the five and three port Norgrens in the rear – including the exhaust port on 3 port and found NO other leaks. I also bubbled the end caps on each Norgren. I also bubbled ping tanks and their bands, two Norgrens near the two front ping tanks and all fittings again in the bay beneath the driver seat.

I will order o-ring kits for ALL armatures as well as a couple of spare solenoids. As always, suggestions appreciated. THANK YOU, Jeff
