    Ipads disconnecting from the Crestron?

    For some reason my Ipads are disconnecting from the crestron wifi… they only stay connected for a few minutes. I think there’s a router in the rear closet and that’s the problem…

    I thought maybe I should reset the router but wondered what would happen if I did?

    We are in Destin right now and need it working for the next 2 weeks !!

    Any ideas?

    Jeff… can you walk me through the settings? I did power the ipads off ( also cut the power to the rear outlets thinking that might power the router down) but nothing changed !!

    verify that the iPads are on the coach wireless network, make sure it does not have the join other networks highlighted as it could be attempting the join other networks. Call the shop phone today as it forwards to me….
