  • Inverters and sub zero

Posted by Peter on July 24, 2014 at 12:46 am

Well my sub zero fridge would get warm on inverter power check voltage at fridge and it was 95 that’s not enough to run fridge upon more testing and Jon’s help and Jeff’s help I checked voltage at outlets it is at 95 on both inverters or both sides , the battery chargers are working on both inverters but not putting out proper voltage to outlets so it turns out I need two new inverters , what’s the chance of both going out at same time , but both chargers working , everything works good on gen power and shore power proper voltage , well at least I am at home for two weeks and can fix it without being out on road . Thanks to Jon and Jeff for the late night call and all the help , if you have your doubts about this site you must have your head up your but, because I don’t know of anywhere you can call the best and get help!!!!!

So deal with the best and forget the rest it’s much more peaceful to know we are all in good hands , thanks to Jon and Tom for this site !!!!! Also to Jeff for working hard all day and still answer phone so late at night!!!!!!!

Petere glad you dont have to deal with this on the road! What brand inverters do you have? Are you going to try and have them repaired or just replace with new?
