I am not really sure of anything at this point but here is
what I can share. The stacked washer dryer is a Whirlpool although the purchase
order shows GE. There is no work order or receipt showing the unit was ever
replaced and I seem to have every receipt, invoice and even many credit card
slips from the day the coach was picked up.

A double width breaker occupies slots 7 & 8 of the main
distribution panel. Slot 7 is labeled Washer/Dryer 30AMP DP and slot 8 is
labeled Washer/Dryer OPT 220 V.

With all 120 volt loads in the coach turned off and both
chargers in float mode, input and load meters read basically zero. When I hit
the start button on the dryer, both load meters (inverter 1 & 2) jump to 15
amps. Switching the meters to measure input, one inverter drops to zero and the
other jumps to 30 amps.

The breaker itself is a Square D and visually looks like a
QO style and is labeled 30 amp 120/240 volt.

Based on the load meters of the inverters, it looks like it
is a 240 volt unit but looking at the input from shore power, it looks like it
is a 120 volt unit.

As to being struck twice by lightening, if you include my
fathers boat in the mix, it has been three times. If you see us at a campground, don’t park next to me LOL.

Paul may not want to brag, but he loves everything electric. Anyone that takes a twin diesel boat and converts it to a single diesel generator powering twin electric prop motors has to love electricity. I’m thinking his encounters with lightning were simply pats on the back from Zeus saying I Love Ya Man!
