Insulation falling down!
What is everyone using to replace insulation in the Generator box?
Opened the door tonight to find mine sagging down, and all crumbled up on the ceiling.
Something with self adhesive would be nice.

This will give you a few ideas. I did this work on my last bus. Not sure if this is really the best stuff to use, but it worked for me.

Jeff and the gang did an excellent job replacing my insulation recently. My insulation was doing as yours and it got into the genset ruined the brushes and it would start but not run.
I encourage you to replace this ASAP or it will be expensive in the long run -
I used a product called Cool it by Thermo Tec it can be applied with adhesive spray and screws with plastic washers. JEGS.com

Really good job Don.
The main thing I dislike about Featherlite/Vantare of my vintage is…………..you cannot slide the Gen out to work on, so to replace the insulation above and behind the gen is almost impossible. Good news is up until now, I have not had to do anything other than regualar maintenence on it. On a previous Vantare i had a few years ago, the generator was running one day, and it started smoking black smoke badly, I opened the door, and some of the insulation had come off the door to the quiet box and got stuck in the air intake!!
