I’m Annoyed!
This secretive policy Prevost service in general has about work performed on a coach that is for sale just “chaps” my…….! We are looking at an 06 XLII that had the patch panel no see um rivet repair. Supposedly done in 2014 by the previous owner of the current owner. Question to anyone???? Are there entities other than Prevost who Prevost has “certified” to do the patch panel rivet repair. Prevost Dallas won’t even tell me if they’ve seen this coach let alone did the work or knows about the repair. I wasn’t asking for owners names, just if they’ve inspected the coach and the repair since apparently according to a old previous ad on P-Stuff not yet deleted, repair was done at a converter.

Can’t believe they wouldn’t say one way or the other if it had been worked on. Maybe a privacy issue. Just give “Bubba” a call down at Prevost Houston and he might help you. They know with vin# what work has been done with Prevost. They can also tell you parts that have been purchased with vin#.

Soooooooo. Now what’s with prevost’s phone. After houston called me back, I had given the wrong vin to them. Phones aren’t working. Anyone else have trouble

As you know I had it done on my 01 Liberty and don’t think there is anyone out there that can duplicate the repair or is an official authorized repair facility for the rivet process.

I called Prevost – Ft Worth Wednesday afternoon, on both of the phone numbers I have used for years, and got the same message on each phone number.
“This phone number has been disconnected.”
