I need guidance on using this forum
My issue is the steps I have to go through to access the forums.
This is likely my problem or my setup, but if you can help me with a better way, than I will use that approach.
When I go to the login page which is bookmarked in my google site. The site tells me I am logged in. BUT when I go from there to the forum page, I get an error message which has a link to the login page. So I click that link, and log in, and finally get to the forums.
This is the only site that functions this way for me. I have them bookmarked, they log me in automatically, and the bookmark sends me directly to the forums.
Do you have a slicker quicker way of getting in?

This site requires you to sign in with your user name and password each time it was setup that way for security in the early days. Jon has posts about this you can find using the search function.

I have the same problem with the site but I think it’s only when I log in from a non-Windows device. It’s annoying but only one click extra. On my Windows computer I do not get the message that I am logged in and the user name and password are saved and entered automatically so all I have to do is click the Log In button.

And most of the time I am using a iPad, so that is part of the extra rigmarole.
