  • I love my Pressure Pro, now.

Many members know I am a big fan of Pressure Pro systems, having used it on two coaches, over 12 years, with great success. The sensors do require additional attention with installed to assure the dill on the valves stem is being depressed properly and you have no minor leaks. I have experienced these issues, but with TLC and attention to detail, the system has performed great. Now a product has come about that eliminates the sensor reliability issue. Vulcantire.com is selling sensor seal kits that eliminate the sensor installation short fall. I have purchased the seal kit, actually purchased two(I needed 12 seals for rig and tow vehicle). The installation process involves removing the original seal and reinstalling an upgraded dill depressor and an o’ring for the sensor/valve stem seal. This truly makes this a Plug and Play installation. As you screw the sensor on the stem, you can feel the o’ring being squeezed. I now use them on all my sensors with zero leaks. A great upgrade!

The kit comes with installation tools and instructions.

Perhaps Tom can chime in and advise if the new Pressure Pro sensors have this seal kit. It is a much needed upgrade and makes the installation of the sensors trouble-free.

I highly recommend this upgrade for any current Pressure Pro users. I have used these for about six months and feel free in recommending this product.

    Hope this helps.

Truk, I’am really impressed with the new “videos of interest”. Your presentation is very professional and easy to understand.

The video format makes it easy to follow. With new to me our bus with 4 cruise airs the information showed the steps to take advantage of many options on the SMX control board.

    Keep the videos coming.

    Thanks
    Hector, good post.

    The
sensor seal kit can remedy leaks and physical connection problems
caused by the design of the “depressor button” inside the
    previous
    generations of sensors
    .
This previous seal design and rubber compound could deform and wear
over time creating these problems. The sensor seal kit has been
available for several years and can help resolve leaking issues as
well as poor connection between the sensor button and the dill pin.

    The
newest generation of sensors, available since 2013
    ,
do have this upgraded seal design and the current sensors have
experienced no issues with previous problems such as leaking caused
by the deformation of the seal. The latest generation of sensors are
available at a reduced replacement price.

    If
anyone has purchased the system since 2013, you’ll have the new
    seals.

    Al,

    Thanks
for the kind words, but they’re anything but professional, I feel like a fish out of water. There are
more of these video’s already finished and additional being done
tomorrow. Unfortunately, none of those will be released until the
Seminar is completed in July, as they are tied to the Seminar
    presentation.
