Is the unpaid invoice and a picture of the guys bus posted on the wall of Jeff’s waiting area?

Many years ago when filling stations (a place to buy gasoline, probably get an oil change, and a car wash) still took checks, one of the stations in my home town suddenly had about 30 bounced checks taped to the wall behind the counter. They were all stamped NSF by the bank and returned to the merchant. A couple of weeks later, there were only four or five checks on the wall. Owner said posting them was much more productive than calling the check bouncers or writing to them.

I’m glad to read someone report comments about this incident from elsewhere on the Internet. I walked alway cold turkey from “elsewhere on the Internet” and am now monogamous … committed to the PC and still have my $100. I will probably continue to attend the All Prevost Show in Tampa from time to time as our schedule permits (think its a great idea, helps spread the message, and helps improve the market for used Prevost which in the long run should help hold up our values). I guess its OK to look, but not touch.

So I had to go hunt down said other posts… Slightly off balance is my first thought.

Then there was the thread about where Prevosts stay. if I only knew who I was rubbing elbows with when we bought this coach. I didnt even know I was an executive or super star traveling with a team of mechanics and personal assistants. I need to go back and check my portfolio and make sure I can keep up the image so many others have of Prevost owners? I dont want to mess it up for everyone else 🙂

What other site are you guys talking about? Put it up so we can see.

Dick – This is what’s on the wall at Jeff’s by the door for all to see.

All you folks out there in service land should take a good look at this and make a note of the name.

Tom, thanks for setting the record straight, along with Jeff! I had pulled what I posted from this site and obviously he was lying!

    Tom

In google, search for his users name from this forum and prevost. Comes up on a couple other forums where he has created accounts recently and seems to be trashing East Tennessee Luxury Resort (he must not have seen the amazing sunsets and taken that into account for the costs of oil 🙂 ) and making claims he paid his bill.

The one thread about where prevosts stay got a little out there and really made me realize people really are clueless and think all prevost owners are 1%’s (and im not talking the outlaw motorcycle types).

The deadbeat is on RV.NET. I want to sign up just to dog him.

Go over there and read some boys, you’ll get an idea of what some of these plastic folks think of us Prevost pricks.

I’ve always patted another man on the back and said good job or I’m happy for you, I don’t understand the envy and resentment some hold against us.

I know I am a little hard headed but, I would spend the whole damned $1700.00 dollars just to make him come to my town and face a small town judge who I shot trap with and drank some burbon with last Saturday night. I can hear him say it now…. Just lean back and tell us why your up and skedattled out in the middle of the night son….

It ain’t about the money now, it is about Ole Ben learing a hard lesson………………….

Next Thursday night I have a meeting to attend in Rockford, Ill at 8pm. Ol’Ben’s address on the invoice is 2.9 miles away from where I’m going.

If Jeff wants, I could try to make a collection call.

First, let me say that I’m not an attorney. We have been involved with our HOA in Calfiornia where there were some ‘mismanagement’ of fund issues by the previous Pres and Treasurer. They both lost their houses to foreclosure as the HOA had to kick one homeowner out for not paying HOA fees for FIVE years. We won but his ‘6’ (not kidding, I think they quit when not being paid) low life attorney’s tried every trick in the book to cause trouble and havoc.

There have been lawsuits against some of the homeowner’s by some things that were said. I was on the board at the time and worked extensively changing our CC&R’s that worked against these two owner’s (clowns) as they wanted to rent their homes (we are not the Holiday Inn). I kept my mouth shut when things got a little testy. Everything that I presented was passed by the board and approved by the attorneys, so I was a happy camper.

So, be careful what you say, even though you may be ‘in the right’, an attorney is still expensive. Our HOA attorney’s are covering some of the homeowner’s defense.

Let a collection attorney take care of it for Jeff. Jeff, I hope that you pursue it!

    Just my two cents.

Since it appears that Ol’Ben is no longer a member here, could
Alicia cancel his PC fuel card and maybe have his PC NAPA card invalidated?

    Could Jeff place a
mechanic’s lien on his coach? Since the fraud was perpetrated across
state lines does that involve anyone with more clout…Tim?

    For
Informational purposes only, his coach is a H that is bluish gray in color and
has very large murals of huge eagles in mountain scenes air brushed on both
sides, hence him naming it “da bird”. If you see it on the
side of the road with the back opened up, just press the center of your horn
ring as you motor on by.

    Yes, I am evil.

Mark is their any legal recourse we have in regards to people talking smack about prevost owners and how we all spend our time in our coaches? Im insulated! I saw the guy next to me in a 1960’s 20′ unpolished airstream dumping his waste tank the same way I do?

And here I thought I was special 🙁
