Hydraulic gremlin
I have removed, rebuilt, and replaced both HWH hydraulic rams on the front slide. Also removed,rebuilt, replaced two lock pin rams on the front slide and one on the rear slide.
Rear slide (single ram) started leaking so I removed it, had it rebuilt and replaced it. Now the only thing working on the rear slide is the lock pins. Main rear ram is not moving in or out (front slide works fin). I have checked all the fuses in the HWH control box (all are good), I checked the momentary switches that tell the system the slide is at the end of it’s inward or outward travel, they are good. I was very careful to prime the ram prior to installing and made sure I capped the hoses to prevent any backwards drainage while the ram was out for repair.
The front slide had two rams that had to be synchronized, the back is simply one ram. This should have been easy…

cyl had air in it after rebuild. Ck hydraulic resivol=prob low or empty after filling void .

Did check Hydraulic reservoir, it is full.
I have no drawings (hydraulic or electrical), but I am guessing there may be air affecting the PSI switches. The locking pins (hydraulic) work fine, but after the pins unlock the solenoid don’t switch to the ram.My major stumbling block is I don’t know if the lack of switching from locking pins to hydraulic ram is en electrical issues or hydraulic issues. Darn thing worked flawlessly for years. The only thing that changed was removing, rebuilding, and replacing the ram. No other part of the system was touched.
