  • HWH Leveling System

Posted by Larry on March 8, 2012 at 9:11 am

Anyone with a Country Coach conversion know the location of the componets for the HWH leveling system in a 2000 XL?

My manuals indicate that they are behind the salon tv but, in my case that is not the case.

    Thanks for the help, Larry

In that year model, the HWH module should be in bay 1 on the driver’s side mounted to the ceiling. The leveling sensor that plugs in to the module should be dead center of the ceiling in bay 1 or bay 2.

Thanks, I will have a look . I know where the level sensor is, I think, but the control box is hard to find.

    Larry,

I had the 2000 XL that Jamie now has and the HWH brain was not overhead. It must be in the dash area as I never really saw it and had everything apart at one time or another.

On the plastic CC’s, most were in the dash in front of the passenger. I knew that because there was a way to override the ride height if you had a problem by pulling a fuse.

Tom, thanks. I think you must be right. Had some work done in the dash area and the HWH leveling hasn’t worked since.

I checked the 1st bay and no joy, did find the level sensor on the 2nd bay roof .

Working with HWH to trouble shoot the system but hard to do if I can’t find all the componets.
