You might try going to a hardware store like Ace or TrueValue and get some threaded sleves from their special hardware section. (The stuff in the little boxes of special hardware)

You can also find the threaded rods from them to or buy lengths of threaded rod and cut them to length.

I have bought just those threaded sleves you show in the pic for a project I had.

Only thing is finding them in metric but they may have them.

You’ll probably want to have an M8-1.25 die handy to clean up the threads after cutting.
