This should be an interesting conversation.

A lot of money, unless you are OK with a quality of the change that is not the quality level of the original conversion.
It all depends on how much is involved, including possible new floor work, wall treatment and condition, and how much of an exact match to the original decor and materials is required.

What do you have now? post up some pictures. matching fabrics and counter tops can be difficult. fabrics, designs and counter tops all affect the cost
