Newell is up to 1674 coaches built to date.

Newell’s are not sequential and they have, on occasion, skipped numbers when new models have been released.

Based on Newell annual production I have a very hard time thinking that number is their total production. My guess is that number is overstated. Either that or they have been making coaches for far more many years than I was aware of.

Mr Newel bought the California company in 1967, moved it to Miami Oklahoma. I believe their recent annual production is 24-28 coaches a year.

I used a higher annual production to come to my previous conclusion and now I am more convinced than ever their total production is less.
