What do you think an average cost would be Adding a half bath to a 2002 country coach
prevost XL ll. ?

That is a cost impossible to determine without knowing the floor plan. How easy or difficult it will be is totally dependent on where it gets located relative to the floor plan and how easy it will be to connect to or run water, drain and electric lines.
It will add almost no value to the coach because most conversions have well thought out floor plans and adding a 1/2 bath is going to modify that floor plan.
Might be cheaper and more practical to find a coach for sale with the added toilet.

I can’t imagine how expensive that would be. I just wanted to change out a set of drawers and reduce the footprint as well as add a drawer big enough for a file drawer. That cost about $4000 at ETLC.
Trying to run new plumbing from where the 1/2 bath would be plus maintain the same quality of existing furnishing and fixtures would be quite costly. Now, step back a bit? Do you care about the cost if it solves a required issue? Is this required to make a spouse happy? Cost? Priceless! Changing coaches might make more sense! LOL

I’ve been looking at Prevost coaches for three months including entertainer buses. I need at least three bunks, plenty of seating and minimum bath and a half. When I looked at entertainer buses they had so many miles on them for example 600, 700, 800,000 miles and they wanted a significant amount of money
It appears cheaper to buy a 2000 2001 2000 to Prevost with low mileage for approximately $170,000 —–$200,000 non-slide garage kept and then spend maybe $10,000 for three bunks and then perhaps 10,000/$15,000 for an extra half bath Entertainer bosses run higher in mileage and in cost

Not to discourage you but it took us about 2.5 – 3 years to find our perfect bunk coach. wife and I had given up and dumped a bunch of money into modifying a quad slide dutch star and then the “perfect” coach presented itself. We jumped on it and have been super happy with our choice. My opinion is Marathon has produced the most bunk coaches or bunk compatible coaches of any of the big converters. I am super familiar with entertainer options and floor plans based on what I do for a living. Sounds like a “star” floor plan might be a good fit. I have seen several of those that have the star suite in the rear with full bath then 3 or 6 bunks and a half bath. All things considered, unless there were extensive maintenance logs on the low mileage garage kept units you are looking at… low mileage doesn’t always equal no problems…
We didn’t seriously consider an entertainer when we were looking as we were looking for a different fit and finish. I am surprised to hear especially in this market that they are significantly more expensive
