    Hoses are not the only thing that ages out

    While chasing air leaks with the fenders off I touched the connector going to the brake valve and it pulverized in my hand. Old rubber is old rubber.

    The right side had rubber around it like the left side.

    A tube of silicone will protect those wires for 35 years
