  • Hilton Head Island for Memorial Day

Posted by Liam on May 24, 2013 at 5:44 pm

Hilton Head Island Resort. In slot 348 on the pond. At least 5 other Prevost’s here but owners are hiding. Very nice resort but in about a week it will be way to hot for us! I called to book in the UP but they said they might stll have snow and to come here.

Liam, make sure you try the eating establishment at the end of the dock, you have to make reservations because of limited seating both worth every penny you will spend! I was there last year

Do you mean at the “marina” RV resort? We are in the one a mile from the beach.

Hudsons had the best hush puppies we have ever had. And I usually don’t eat hush puppies.

Jon, there are alligators in the pond here that apparently like eating puppies as well! The staff said a few have “gone missing”.

We left early Monday morning to visit friends in Wilmington on the way back to work. Really sorry we missed you. Awesome resort and we will absolutely come back next year. Good thing I wake up early though as there is a lot of leaf-blowing activity going on at zero-seven-thirty many days!!!
