    Hi/Lo battery poor hazards

    1999 XL Entertainer Electrical

    All of a sudden my hi/lo battery light comes on while driving for a bit then goes out. Make a stop a little later and check engine compartment to find 2nd alternator (with clutch fan) belt is missing. It broke off.

    Get out spare. Replace. However having issues with 4 way flashers that seen out of sync. Dash lights not as bright, voltage meter on dash reads 30 volts.

    Suggestions?
