Several different units were being sold in 2001. Mine is Model CO45D, consisting of the Hurricane unit, an electronic control board and remote panel indicator plus the interior thermostat.

This process works on my 2002 CC. Turn the (comfort station per CC ) thermostat to me, to furnace and turn on both hot water heaters. There is a short delay before the unit kicks on.

If the unit fails to fire check the electronic control board control. Mine is a silver rectangular box. My 40′ coach has the Hurricane unit, electronic control board and remote panel indicator located passenger side inside the side engine access door. An off/on switch is located on the side of the control board and top of the remote panel indicator, obviously make sure everything is on.

When operating normally you should see two green lights on the indicator panel. In my case near the electronic control board.

Were you able to locate the remote panel indicator ? It is much smaller than the electronic control board. Mine is black with a switch at the top and 2 small indicator lights and Hurricane in white printed on the bottom. Both switches must be on. If that switch is on try switching the on/off switch on the control panel on and off with at least 30 seconds between to reset the fault indicated by red lights. If no luck and still getting red fault indicators check the fuses in the electronic control board. Mine has 4 fuses. You didn’t mention the hot water heaters , but they must be on also.

I find it hard to read the fault indicator lights, but bottom to top mine read:

1. water pump on (green while running) 2. Bypass on 3. remote open 4. blown fuse 5. voltage fault 6. run flame out 7. ignition flame out 8. high temperature 9. water pump fault 10. air fan fault 11. compressor fault 12. ignition fault 13. burner on (green light) 14. Power on (green light)

If there is a fault, knowing which fault is indicated will make the cure much easier.

Thoughts, not all coaches have the remote switch so you may only have the control board. If you still have no green lights with the switch on there is a high voltage breaker located in the electrical bay(two in my coach). Turn everything to off and reset the breaker. Only after everything is off , reset even if the breaker looks ok and then try the control box switch again. If it comes on check the codes and if all is good turn on both hot water heaters and the thermostat to a temp warmer than the air temp and it should fire. If it does the fan speed for each zone is controlled by switches on the lower right hand dash.

I know wher that is it has 2 buttons that appear to be relays will look inside panel this morning check for power is it 12 or 24 volt my webesco is 24 thanks
