HELP US HELP YOU
With everything going automatic with some computer programming maybe the web Guru or owners can rig up a feature that addresses some stuff that has gone on forever.
This site has centuries worth of knowledge. Almost any question can be answered because someone has had the experience or knowledge to provide the answer. But if a member asks a question I would love to see the web site prevent posting of anything on the forum, including emergency questions unless the post has detailed information about the coach model, year, converter, engine, etc. in the signature line.
And then the person posting the question should be obligated to post a response at the end of the thread indicating if the problem was solved and what the solution was. Why should we who try to help remain in the dark if something we suggested was wrong or was what fixed the problem.
We who answer questions also should be obligated to explain their level of experience or their Prevoist model or converter. Far too often people who have no clue about conversions other than their own shoot from the lip and provide answers not even related to the specific coach in question further confusing efforts to provide assistance.
Let’s rewrite the site software to flag stuff that violates what I asked above.
