  • Help!! Plastic Screen Clip Needed

Posted by Liam on June 6, 2014 at 4:17 pm

My ’92 CC has the older camper-type sliding windows. The screens are held in with these brittle little plastic clips that insert into the aluminum extrusion of the screen frame. Local RV shop shook their heads and an hour of browsing Google images yielded nothing. Even an idea what brand window CC used might help.

Call the CC folks in Oregon, they most likely have folks there that use to do the buses.

After trying the folks at cc… you could look for someone with a 3D printer and get them to make you some, or maybe waterjet some out of aluminum that would last longer…? Good luck with your travels and search, I feel your pain with a cc of our own…

Liam where do these go? I don’t see them on my screens.

In between the screen frame and the frame channel on the camper windows. Keeps the screen from popping out.
