Those millenials arent giving up their smart phones. Their world would end without them.

I started working on software for some of the first smart phone back in the 90’s. It’s been my career since then to provide services for keeping you conected on your smart phone. I love my smartphone, yet I hate social media and people being able to get in touch with me everywhere at anytime

Someday when I can retire, I will get a flip phone (heck, maybe even before then) and have the ability to make/get phone calls, text if I can deal with an alphabet represtend in 10 keys and not much else.

Funny story. In mid-90’s I was on a call with NASA. They had upgraded their compiler from a VERY old C compiler to a newer one (still 10 years old at the time). Seems the “new” compiler wasn’t producing the same results as the old compiler for some software that was running part of the shuttle systems. End results. If it works, dont try to fix it!

I’ll stick with my liberty classic lady with no touch screens, no need for a network to turn on lights or close a door. I dont need aliens or the government to know when I use the bathroom in my coach 😉
