Heat/Fume extractor blower.
Cleaning out my Generator bay and noticed a round hole in the side of the box. I saw it was a squirrel cage blower. I opened the evaporator bay door and saw this little blower back behind the cord reel. The blower is locked up and extremely dirty. I deal with these kinds of fans a lot in my HVAC business. It looks like a little Dayton 110V blower that is sold by WW Grainger. Problem is this, it looks like it could be bolted or screwed to the bay wall. It has a flexible duct running off of it through the coach floor. If that is the case the sound material covers the bolts or screws and if I touch it it will fall to dust. Also the blower will not come out with removing the cord reel. The reel looks like it may be caulked down to the floor and screwed and bolted in other areas. Any advise dealing with the sound materials and the cord reel before I just tear into it would be apprecieated.
P.S.
I have read all the threads on here about this blower but no mention of the cord reel or having to remove the sound materals.
