    Heart 25-458 Overheating

    The newer of my two Heart 2500 inverters would overheat if I asked very much of it. I also noticed that its internal fan never came on. When I took the covers off the inverters, the insides of the good inverter were dusty. The insides of the overheating inverter were clean. I hot wired the suspected bad fan and it no worky.

    I found a direct replacement at a local store for $11. The old fan is on the left. All is well now.
