Head hunter Mach 5
Posted by rafael on June 17, 2020 at 9:31 pmPump is powering up and starts to prime for a sec and then stops and begins to cycle every few seconds, took too cap off and saw the board has suffered water intrusion. Is the board available for replacement and both sensors water flow and pressure?

Ralph , If you home you should take a ride over there . They are a family business and very nice folks . I also had the same issue and bought a back up pump but have not needed it yet . Seems when the tank is low on fresh water ours will do as yours does but not when there is more than a quarter or so . Strange I know . Also you need to open a few faucets to purge the pump . This can take 1 min or more . If you go there to buy a new pump be sure to peel the sticker off the old one . You do not need to return the old one for the discount .

Regarding pump purging everyone should know if water is drawn down to where air is drawn into the pump it might not work even if the water tank is full, so do what Al says. Water needs to flow from the tank through the pump and an opening upstream allows gravity to move the water in the tank through the pump pushing out the air lock.

Ok I took the advice drove to head hunter and the confirmed what my suspicions where which was that the control board was bad and they replaced it and off I was. Great people very nice to deal with. They only charged me for the part no labor. A+ service in my opinion

It always feels good when a guy like me can fix things on a bus.
My newly installed Headhunter M 5 house water pump was on 12 second and off 20 seconds and then repeats. I got this from Andre at Headhunter and the pump has been quiet for the past hour. I did not remove all filters but it worked anyway. See below:2000 Featherlite H3-45

I think they are considering x2 on each sink. So mine would have 6, plus two more in the shower and two more outside. So 10 on a one bath coach.
