Hallway ceiling lights loose !!
Was going to change out the Halogen bulbs for LEDS and two of the fixtures were very loose… these are the (puck?) lights in my hallway ceiling…there is a screw in the middle of the fixture… looks like maybe to hold it in place but I am afraid to mess with it because if it goes further up in the ceiling it doesn’t look like it will come back down… if that happens what then?? no way will my hand will fit in that little hole!!
Any suggestions will be appreciated???

We were making the bed the other day in our coach. I looked up and one of the ceiling lights was protruding from the ceiling, so I tugged on it a little bit. It pulled from the ceiling and the damn thing is built with two mouse traps. Almost lost my thumb and middle finger!
Beware pulling these things out!
