  • Greetings From Naples

Posted by Archived on January 4, 2015 at 3:06 pm

Just wanted to say hello to all my friends in the frozen north, I know you’re concerned about my well being here in sunny 85 degree Naples, but all is well. I can’t believe you just flipped me the bird.

    Tom….

Where are you suffering there in Naples?

Must be tough! The picture certainly makes it look rustic and uncomfortable.

We’re at Pelican. The chairs, table, coach house, lounge, sofa, outside grill, Tiki Bar, hot tub and sauna are on the left behind all the palms Bernie..

The truth is Tom has his people set up the lawn chairs when he and Nancy want to come out to mingle.

He told me one of his aides was a fellow named Rick who I think he said was a car detailer. He wasn’t happy with the quality of the guy’s work, but he didn’t pay him much so it evened out.

Or was Tom the flunky????? I can never get it straight.

Congrats; you worked hard to be able to do that. Here in Green Bay Wisc. we are Zero going down to minus 8 tonight. Can only hope next Sunday the temp is below zero for the Dallas Green Bay football game. Enjoy the warmth and the remainder of the winter.

I couldn’t flip you the bird…my fingers are too stiff from the cold... IT is only going to be -20 here tonight with about a -40 wind chill.

My bus is all tucked in it’s garage sitting in +60 degrees.

No palms here either…but we will see some in a couple of weeks.

    Stay warm….
