Great trip in a Prevost
We left Grafton, WI on Saturday Dec 23, 2017 for the last home Green Bay Packer game at Lambeau Field in the Prevost. It was 3*F parked in the RV lot at the Oneida Casino near the Green Bay Airport. The next night we were in La Crosse, WI for Christmas; 5*F. Then we headed to ETLC for annual maintenance.
Our entire trip lasted 78 days. Covered almost 7,800 miles; roughly Wisconsin to Florida to New Orleans to Corpus Christi to Malibu Beach to Las Vegas to Salt Lake City to Cheyenne and then home. Lots of time on I’s 65, 75, 10, and 80.
Stayed in 31 different locations that ranged from casino parking lots and rest area areas to older travel trailer campgrounds to world class, state of the art RV Resorts. We traveled through 20 states, did 24 laps at speed during the ARCA Test at Daytona, toured a dozen or two museums, had only two or three days over 80, and too many days in the 50s and 60s.
No tickets. No accidents. Never really got lost. Meet Dan and Barb Darst at ETLC. Had a nice visit with Buddy Brown who continues as the ETLC campground host. Had dinner with Judy and Dan Hilger once. Needed only one call to Jeff Rowe; who confirmed what I had already concluded. Replaced the battery on the tow vehicle (AAA service call) and all four chassis batteries (by me with batteries from NAPA using the PC discount card) in Tucson during the first rain they had in 102 days.
Our 19 year old Liberty Prevost performed like it was designed and built to do.

NICE one Dick and Cathie, you’re livin life fun. It’s fitting with these buses that we should meet 650 miles away when we live only 100 miles apart.

Thanks for all the Map updates during your trip. Anyone planning ahead is missing a great campground source by not visiting the PC Map. It’s nice to not have to worry about what to expect at your next campground since a PC member has been there.

Sounds like You had a great trip ! Glad to hear that it was pretty much trouble free with no tickets and no accidents.
