Great Service Again At ETLC
Today is a week since we limped into Jeff’s with our many issues.
It all started when the Crestron system went dead on us… nothing worked that was operated thru by the Crestron system which is almost everything…. after many on hand chats between our master electrician and Jeff it was determined that the processor had died..I think a part of me died then too as Jeff is so far from home and we had to make the trip with out the Crestron…No camera was the biggest deal to me… we just assumed the Cadillac was back there with frequent stops to verify.
Also the bus was overheating a bit … would creep up to 210… we’d slow down and turn off the OTR and it would drop to 170… so the trip was longer and warmer than normal.
Wednesday morning Jeff and Andrew showed up with the new “brain” and Andrew & Wyatt spent the entire day installing and programming the whole system and now it’s all new and we’re very happy.
Jeff has done an awesome job …we had quite a list as we always save things for our annual trip to ETLC.
We have a new tire as there was a nasty chunk in the sidewall of one of the drives…Can you believe Jeff had it in stock… now that was impressive !!
Also chased down leaks in the levelling system along with some others… air dryer replaced… New oil line ordered and replaced… and then had to replace the two speed electric fan clutch and the fan gear box that was leaking …now that was a huge job !!
Today he will adjust the living room slide as it appears to be dragging a little on the ceiling and a couple of other tweaks around the bus and we should be good to go for another year.
We really are thankful for Jeff and especially his Liberty expertise.
Also very thankful for Kim for “trying” to keep him in line !!

Almost forgot to mention we had the pleasure of seeing Tom & Nancy’s new bus..one of the nicest Prevosts I have ever been in… of course they are working their hearts out getting everything the way they like it and as usual with Tom “no stone is left unturned”. congratulations Tom & Nancy…. they can’t wait to get it home to load it up.
