  • Great experience with ZipDee Awnings

Posted by Billy on October 30, 2020 at 12:11 pm

We had lost a piece of our big awning. 4-5′ tube with claw/hook on end. Technically called a “Rafter Arm Tube Assy”.

Called the 800# listed in ZipDee manual that came with coach paperwork. Lady that answered knew exactly what we needed based on coach info. Had replacement part a week later – $120 plus shipping.

Pretty amazing to be able to get exact replacement parts that quickly and priced reasonably for an accessory that is 25 years old.

I always had great encounters with ZipDee.

Jimmy was the one I would always talk to and always very willing to help me with problems.

    Dick, he is.

When your trying to help a dumb ass like me it takes a lot of patients.

Just the difference in dialect from Chicago to Louisiana is like trying to talk to a customer service agent for a huge American company that is in Bangladesh.

Last time I talked to Jimmy about a part for that of shitty air/electric awning he said I talked to your friend this morning from Loossianna and I still don’t know what he said. He said I think he was looking for a locking pin, but he kept saying something like looksin fur a little pig.
