Good Visit at Prevost Jax
Visited Prevost Jacksonville yesterday for a Level 3 service, Trans fluid change, and some new Koni Shocks. Very pleasant, John the Service Manager was very helpfull, and took extra time to inspect some other items on my bus. Dave, the Tech, also did very good work. Cindy was helpfull as always.
They never mind you looking over there shoulder, and they don’t mind all the questions I can come up with.
Great experience as always, Highly recommend them!

John and Cindy and their team at Prevost Jax are great. They always go out of their way to accomodate you.

I like Jax a lot and I think that they see more motrhome Prevost than their other service centers do which gives them greater insight to our needs.

Yea they go out of ther way to help you, was waiting on the lifelines thursday, knowing they would be closed friday till monday, batteries came in 3:30 PM Thursday, John put someone on it and at 6: PM they were installed, so we could leave friday morning, good people Gary
