  • Good Experience At East Tennessee Luxury Coach

Posted by Davy on March 28, 2014 at 2:05 pm

I scheduled a visit to Mr. Jeff Rowe and East Tennessee Luxury coach to have a side window replaced. I ordered the window from Prevost and it had already arrived. I pulled in just as Mr. Rowe was closing for the evening and he directed me where to park, made sure I had electricity and anything else I might need. We came in from I-75 from the south. We left I-75 at Exit 60 and followed that road to Hwy 411. Turned nothr on 411 and it brings you straight here. It is all very good road with nice big turns.

He has two big bays, plenty of room in the parking lot and a gate to close at night. He is friendly, helpful and obviously knowedgeable about both the Prevost side and the conversion side.

He had me pull in the next morning and went right to work.

He put the bus on the lift to look at another potential and found the source of some persistant leaks and also discovered I have a wheel seal leaking on the inside driver’s dually. That will need to be repaired very soon. Since I have no way to routinely get under the bus I really appreciated Mr. Rowe taking the time to look things over for me.

The window removal and install went smoothly and he charged a very reasonable price for the time and labor invested.

I am staying over again tonight to let the sealant cure.

MY first experience here has been great and as I need things done. (Don’t we always need something done) and I am in this area with time I will feel completely comfortable bringing the BoggsMobile to Mr. Jeff Rowe and East Tennessee Luxury Coach.

As I bonus I was pleased to meet Rod and Nancy from Stitches. It was great to get acquainted with them. They have a beautiful Liberty XL.

I think I speak for Tom also about how pleased we are to to read posts like that. We both know Jeff and I have had a relationship with him for quite a few years. It is great to hear how pleased PC members have been.

I’ll repeat, Jeff has made a huge commitment to create the service facility and he is not done investing in the facility. He has the credentials, the experience, and I (we) hope Jeff has considerable success and is available to service our coaches for a long time.

The best part about Jeff’s shop is he is able to not only do work on the conversion and the converter’s systems, he is also qualified to work on the Prevost chassis. I believe his shop is Prevost certified. That is a great deal for us, having someone that can do it all.

I thought you might deliver a hot lunch while I was here today, Jon, but I finally gave up and ate some fig newton’s. Do not rush down tomorrow because I must move on in the morning.

That’s a great post Davy and we’re sure glad Jeff is in business. Nothing better than being able to depend on someone that know’s what they’re doing with many years of experience.

Keep up the good work Jeff..

I need to echo Davy’s praise of Jeff, his facility and his work.

I had Jeff replace a water pump on my generator, do a full service on the generator, replace all she shocks, and a couple other small things. He was great to work with, very accommodating and a very fair price. will have the coach back up in May to get a couple other small items worked on that he noticed while going through it.

was also good to meet Davy on his way out this morning and Rod and Nancy last night.

It was great to meet you this morning, Charles and Tamara. We made it to our destination just fine. It was a nice rainy day to travel.
