    Generator small fan blowing air in hush box

    Does small generator fan blow air back in generator box or pull it back out. Also does small fan have a capacitor.

    Replaced our gen evacuator fan 7 yrs ago with Grainger# 1TDR3

    I noticed a small fan in mine not spinning. I always have an exhaust smell when running? Related? Anyway, I guess I need to get that fan working as well.

    When ours failed I began to smell fumes in the bus. It is an evacuator fan. No Ballast. Dayton brand, model# 1TDR3, on amazon, Grainger, etc. There is a fuse and breaker.
