Generator runs great but only outputs 93 volts on one leg an 103 on the other leg. Replaced controller about 4 months ago an it worked great ($500). Only ran about 4 hours since. Cranked yesterday and the problem occurred. Going to Jeffs for another problem in a week but may need AC on the way when parked. It is Power Tech 17.5. Any suggestions?

What happens if you trip the breaker to the coach from the Generator and then read the voltage outputs from each leg of the generator. You may have a load on the 93 volt leg that is pulling the voltage down. If you can read the voltage off your monitors what is the amps on each leg. Can you read those also?

    Dan,

Is everything normal while on shore power? Any chance you’re inverting while the gen is running and actually not getting any juice from the gen? Could be inverter issues, gen regulator or even transfer switch. Since the controller was replaced and fixed the previous problem, that seems to be the first place to look.

All is okay on shore power. Will check inverters today. Thanks
