Generator exhaust extension
Anyone use a generator exhaust extension as required for many sporting functions where a high concentration of rv’s may be located in a restricted area?
Many require the exhaust to vent at the top or above the coach roof line. What brand used and best place to buy?

I think I got mine at Camping World. You have to have the special adapter that comes with the exhaust kit welded onto your exhaust pipe. After that, you can go to Autozone and buy a chrome extension to put over the adapter so that it looks nicer and is shinny. Goes on and off with a couple of screws.

We do a bunch of dog shows and some require generator up pipes. We have a Gen-turi for the generator and another one for the AquaHot.
When packed close together, they sure make for good neighbors even when they are not required. It also helps with the smell and safety when the weather is nice enough to have the windows open.

Gen-Turi , works easily, and can connect without drilling holes for the bungee cord, comes with double face tape on hooks to connect bungee cords to hold in place.

Installed today after muffler shop made 10″ extension to swedge inside 2 1/4″ generator exhaust pipe. Given
Liberty installs a chrome tip over pipe it was a fit issue to make the universal genturi work…

Here are pics of my Gen Turi installation. I made a brace which connects to my hitch and then clamps around pipe with a large hose clamp. Works great, especially in windy conditions.
