Front heat and air fan will not shut off
fan keeps running from air and heat
Will not shut off unless unplug shore line in lower unit.

Trying to help, but if it shuts off when unplugged from shore power, I assume you are talking about AC current and not DC. Do you have cruisairs? Being a Marathon of middle 90’s, I doubt you have roof airs, but anything is possible.
What’s confusing, Marathon has 2 cruisairs that will run off the inverters, so if you unplug and it quits, it’s probably the cruisair that is not on the inverter circuit. Is that what your talking about?

Turn off the breakers in the AC panel for the air conditioners (cruise airs or roof airs). Do this one at a time ntil he blower quits.

okay yes it’s cruise air in bottom…use to be able to turn on and off on dash, now just runs all the time in the salon..fan or blower does…spoke with Brandon and said might be cylnoid but you can not it ..

Can you control it from the thermostat? If you have one thermostat for all units, make sure you select the zone associated with that AC unit.

Very difficult to provide reasonable analysis with so little information. Based on the fact that disconnecting from shore power makes the fan stop (which fan? Evaporator or condenser?) it suggests the power interruption as the coach transfer switch opens kills power to a circuit that does not run through inverters.
I think Gil is heading in the right direction with his response, but I think the very first question has to be what specific unit has a continuous running fan, and then on that unit, which fan does not stop running, the evaporator or condenser? Is it a “package” basement unit or is it a Cruise Air or is it a roof mounted unit? The three are all likely to be completely different when it comes to what controls the fan that is blowing.
But shooting from the lip it sure sounds like whatever type unit it is the fan is an evaporator fan and something in the control circuit is not opening (like a bad relay) to kill power.
Any Marathon owners with 95 vintage coaches able to provide some insight as to what type of unit might be the issue?

If it’s SMX controls, it could be the board and removing the ribbon connector may shut the fan (we still don’t know which one) off. Removing power to the control, unplugging/replugging the ribbon connector may reset.
If it’s like the 97 Marathon I had, you can turn the cruisair on/off from the dash panel.
