Front and cockpit A/C not working on shore power
HOT….in NY…front and cockpit A/C not working on shore power , but works fine on gen power….
Breakers are fine, no other faults that I can see….need assistance asap…

Is shore power coming into the coach. Your post does not indicate if other 120V circuits are working ot not.
It would be very unusual for shore power to be unable to supply power to just two circuits while providing power to others, and for generator power to be able to supply power to all circuits.
More information required.

Jon, I am plugged in shore power, Progressive shows good wiring , while stepping out to verify cables, low battery gauge start beeping and gen started automatically, which tells me there is no power coming into the coach or something is not allowing the power to get in. Checked the cables outside all good…the 2 working A/C’s are the only ones programmed to work on inverter power only(while not plugged in shore)

I talked to Dorel and all is working now, he did an inverter reset.
