Fog/driving light for a ’99 Vantare H3
I just received the lens for my right side fog/driving light from Prevost. When I opened it up, I found it was not correct so I called them and was told it must have been changed by the converter. The lens assembly they sent is clear with a single bulb location. The assembly on the bus has a two sided fixture with 1/2 clear & 1/2 amber. I only need the lens, not the whole assembly. Anyone have any idea what it is I have? Thanks, Cliff

Mine is a 96 Vantare conversion and the fog lights were PIAA. They had two bulbs, one clear and one yellow.
I found a truck accessory place that said they could order the lenses from PIAA but they were very expensive. The lenses are glass and break easy.
I paid a little more and changed to Rigid LED lights. I could not be more pleased with the change.

Thanks Davy. Do the new LED lights work well as fog lights? Were they a direct fit? Also, do you remember who it was that said they could order the PIAA lens? Thanks, Cliff

The Rigids use a different bracket and I had to drill one hole per light. You can read my description of the process HERE. There is a link on that thread to the lights on Amazon and there is also a picture of the part number for the bracket. I bought the brackets on Amazon as well.
I first saw these lights on one of Peter Campbell’s coaches. I like them much, much better. They do not have yellow as the PIAA lights had but they are much brighter. They are much brighter than my headlights.
I believe THIS was the place in Waynesville, Ohio that said they could order the PIAA lenses but that was shortly after I purchased my bus in 2008.
