Find the water leak day
Every so often we would have clear water on the water heater bay floor. Looking around everything was dry. Today took all the panels off to expose as much as possible, pipes , hoses, pumps, water filters. As water usually was around the stacked water heaters which had recently been replaced I was crossing my fingers I didn’t have a defect.
Ran each system that discharged water into gray water tank one at a time. When the clothes washer was last on the list water showed up on the bay floor.
The short version to this story the above ceiling black pipe would drip water behind the water heaters finding its way to the bay floor then leak to street.
You can see the crack which I have increased for the picture. Probably leaking for years
